Subject	Fire fighters -- Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana
Description	Emergency fueling given tryout - The use of gasoline tank trucks as fueling stations in the event of an electrical power failure in Fort Wayne was tested and approved last week by the Fort Wayne Fire Department and civil defense officials. Fire Chief Edward L. Uebelhoer (suit and hat) watches with Captain George Hood, Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau (left hand on hose), while Flint Harper, of the Blackmer Pump Co. (kneeling) points to location of tank truck pump. Date 09/10/1951. Photo is from a Fire Prevention Book made in 1951.
